When you place an order on Skylar, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products at the listed price. All orders are subject to product availability and acceptance by Skylar.
Order Placement
Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout. Review your order summary, shipping address, and selected payment method carefully before confirming.
Order Confirmation
Upon successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order ID. This email serves as acknowledgment — not acceptance — of your order.
Order Processing
Skylar reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or violation of these terms. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
Payment Methods
We accept bKash, Nagad, Visa, Mastercard, and cash on delivery (COD) for eligible areas. All card payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant gateways.
All prices listed on Skylar are displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Skylar makes every effort to ensure product prices are accurate. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and notify you before processing.
Promotional discounts, voucher codes, and sale prices are valid only for the specified duration and cannot be applied retroactively to previous orders.
Only one promotional code may be applied per order unless stated otherwise.
Skylar reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or expire promotions at any time without prior notice.
Loyalty points and store credits, if applicable, are non-transferable and have no cash value.
Flash Sale Notice: During flash sale events, stock is extremely limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Placing an item in your cart does not reserve or guarantee its availability.
Skylar delivers across Bangladesh. Estimated delivery times and shipping charges are as follows:
Dhaka City: Delivery within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping charge of ৳80 applies; free shipping on orders above ৳2,000.
Outside Dhaka: Delivery within 3–5 business days. Standard shipping charge of ৳120–৳150 depending on location.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to public holidays, adverse weather, or courier delays. Skylar is not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control. Once your order is dispatched, a tracking link will be shared via SMS and email.
We want you to love every Skylar purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
Returns must be initiated by contacting our support team at support@skylar.com with your order number and reason for return.
Sale items, intimate wear, and customized products are non-returnable unless defective.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Exchange Policy: We offer free size exchanges on eligible items within 7 days. Contact our team to arrange a pickup and redelivery at no additional cost.
All content published on Skylar's platform — including but not limited to logos, product images, graphics, text, design elements, and the overall website layout — is the exclusive intellectual property of Skylar Lifestyle Limited or its content licensors.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any Skylar content without prior written permission.
Product images may not be downloaded, reposted, or used on third-party websites, social media pages, or marketing materials without authorization.
The Skylar name, logo, and brand identity are registered trademarks and may not be used in any way that implies affiliation or endorsement without our consent.
User-submitted reviews, photos, or comments grant Skylar a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and publish that content for marketing purposes.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from the use of our platform or the purchase of our products shall first be attempted to be resolved through direct communication with our customer support team.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
Dispute Resolution: We encourage customers to reach out to our support team first. Most concerns are resolved within 2–3 business days without escalation.
